About Us

Goalgetters (Pty) Ltd has been training workforces since 1988. This 25 years’ experience has given us valuable insight into how to tap into the incredible value workforces can add to the success of companies. This journey has shown us that every member of the team, including management, has to be targeted in order to get the entire company talking the same language and working towards the same “game plan”.

In our experience, staff members often know exactly how to perform their job, but don’t, because they don’t feel part of the team and don’t see how their contribution helps achieve a common goal

Our Objective

Goalgetters training un-locks delegates’ potential and shows them how to actively lift team performance.

We put the WILL back into SKILL

and

Equip managers to lead and inspire!

 Methodology

Our training methodology is largely based around the analogy of sport. Sport has a fanatical impact on the SA nation. The Donald/Klusner run-out depressed the nation, while Joel Stransky’s drop-kick lifted the nation, and there is nothing to beat the fanatical impact soccer has on our nation. The combination of exciting sport content, up to date practical and theoretical material and company personalised content makes our training distinctive and successful.

 Clients

Goalgetters’ training programmes have been successful in many types of industry. Our clients include companies such as Value Logistics, BMW, Concor, Sandown Motors Group, Southern Sun Group, Legacy Hotels and Resorts, Arabella Resorts, Tsogo Sun, Bidvest Group, Franchise Association of South Africa, Impala Platinum, Evander Gold Mines, Lesedi Drilling, Richards Bay Coal Terminal, Shell Oil, BP, Eskom, Johnson & Johnson and Sappi.

Social Responsibility

Goalgetters has been involved in training interventions and talks at small businesses and in schools, and has assisted with community-based projects such as The Orange Farm project.
