Drivers either make or break a business. Often they are the thankless heroes, having to deal with the challenges associated with road transport (traffic congestion, road works, power failures, breakdowns…) and business (wrong addresses; rude and impatient customers; wrong stock…) As a result, they need to be motivated, prepared, adaptable and confident to deliver the high level of service you want your customers to receive.

  • Be able to confidently prepare and use a personal improvement ‘check list’

  • Putting the ‘i’ back into service – fully understanding the role you play in service delivery
  • How you ‘warm-up’ before you start your day as a driver (home and work)
  • The important role you play in the success of your company
  • Personal hygiene and professional appearance
  • Dealing with customers
  • Basic time-management and planning
  • Problem-solving techniques
  • Assertiveness

 

DURATION AND COSTS

Half day or 1 day courses are available, depending on your exact requirements and costs per head can be as little as R285 plus VAT (depending on numbers and duration of course.
