Often they are the thankless heroes, having to deal with the challenges associated with road transport (traffic congestion, road works, power failures, breakdowns…) and business (wrong addresses; rude and impatient customers; wrong stock…) As a result, they need to be motivated, prepared, adaptable and confident to deliver the high level of service you want your customers to receive.

Half day or 1 day courses are available, depending on your exact requirements and costs per head can be as little as R285 plus VAT (depending on numbers and duration of course.
